1. How can I make the payment?


Currently, we accept payment by PayPal, and Telegraphic Transfers & Bank Transfer, West Union. If you want to pay via Telegraphic Transfers & Bank Transfer please contact us via david@gowinsolution.com.

 

2. Do you accept payment in installments?


Sorry, we don’t accept this so far.

 

3.Can I modify/cancel my order after the payment?

 


Yes, you can cancel or modify your order at any time before shipping. 

 

4.Does the price include tax? Will an invoice be available for my payment?


Yes, the price doesn’t include local tax and customs duties.
We can issue the commercial invoice or receipt for you.

 

5.Will you contact me to change your payment terms or account?

 

We will send an e-mail to you for order and payment confirmation.

 

But we will not change our bank account info or ask you to pay to any of our private accounts. The official PayPal account david@gowinsolution.com is a verified company account too.

 

6.Why I can’t make the payment by credit card?

 

In some area or conditions, PayPal don’t support credit payment. We need to refund the money if PayPal calls us to report the suspension.

 

7.Do you have a discount for massive orders?

 

Yes, we always have discounts for repeat orders and massive orders. But we don’t have a discount for new modes.

 

8.In which condition will you accept payment by bank T/T or L/C?

 

We prefer to pay by T/T for company purchasing or amounts more than USD1500.0

We accept payment by L/C for orders amount more than USD30000.0
