Shipping Method

1. Can you deliver to my country?

Yes, we can ship to all the countries.

If appears "This item can't be shipped to(your country)" when you place an order, it's because you haven't filled in your recipient information (name, address, zip code, telephone number, etc.) completely. The "country" and "state" need to be selected from the drop-down box. If you still have a problem please get help from david@gowinsolution.com

2. How soon are you going to dispatch after payment? How long does it take to deliver?

Normally, we will ship within 24-48 hours after your payment except for special circumstances (e.g. out of stock, we will get in touch with you in the first place). Delivery time depends on many factors, such as the country being shipped to. Usually, it takes 5-7 working days by DHL/ FedEx/TNT/UPS. The EMS will take 12 days which is longer than the usual method.

In particular, we accept pre-orders for new models or special models, that will take 20-30 days for production. That means we will make delivery slower than regular models.

3. Which shipping service will you use? Air parcel or ocean shipping?

We deliver by DHL/ FedEx/TNT/UPS/EMS express by air parcel to save time.

For massive orders to B clients, we will discuss the shipment by sea.

4. Can I track the parcel? How?

Yes, we will send you the express tracking number and update your order after dispatch.

5. Will the shipping cost be borne by the Gowin R86S team or the customer?

We will bear and make free delivery for all countries.

6. Do I have to pay customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges for my Gowin R86S hardware?

This depends on the policy of your local customs. In case of any customs duties or import taxes, they need to be borne by the buyer. We also provide Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) shipping methods for certain countries, by this way you needn't pay any duties or taxes.

7. Is there an additional remoteness fee if my address is in a remote area?

If your delivery address belongs to a remote area, an additional remote delivery fee of $20 to $50 may be levied.

8. Will the Gowin R86S directly be sent from the Gowin Solution factory?

If you ordered it directly from the Gowin Solution Official Team, we will make the fast delivery directly from our factory. We guarantee the delivery date and safety.

If you bought it from the other channel or platform, we can’t guarantee delivery and tracking on time.

9. What kind of package do you use for the delivery?

We put the R86S and other necessary parts into the gift box, then put this box into the carton before we start delivery. The package passed the drop test.

10. Can I make a shipment by my way?

Sure, we respect your choice, and we can hand over the parcel to your shipping agent without delay.
